Refund and Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and returns policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for all standard merchandise.

2. Condition Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must be:
  • Unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors (including sweat, smoke, or perfume)
  • In their original condition with all tags attached
  • In the original packaging (including protective bags, boxes, or cases for helmets and accessories)
  • Safety-critical items (helmets, gloves, protective gear) must show no signs of use, impact, or adjustment and have all original internal liners and pads intact

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your proof of postage.

4. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped products only.
To initiate an exchange, please contact our support team with your order number and details. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (clearly marked at time of purchase)
  • Customized or personalized products (including jerseys with custom names/numbers)
  • Used helmets or protective gear (for safety reasons)
  • Opened nutrition products or consumables
  • Cleats with signs of wear or mounting

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
  • Your order number
  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue
  • A description of the problem
We will arrange a prepaid return label and process a replacement or refund promptly.

How to Initiate a Return:
  1. Contact our support team at support@meridian85.online with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide a Return Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
  3. Pack the item securely, include the RMA number inside the package, and ship to the address provided.
